Csaba graduated as an HR Manager and received his second degree in Labour Law. He started his career as an HR generalist at production companies and then dedicated himself 100% to recruitment. Led several teams of recruitment agencies for 10+ years with the main focus being white-collar recruitment. Participated as a consultant in an international sourcing project to develop and implement a new sourcing strategy. Csaba and his team are responsible for globally connecting talents to Givaudan from both the Flavours and Fragrance industries. Being a proud father to two sons, a runner, and a seasoned board gamer.
