My background ranges from being an Assistant Director on a number of low budget horror movies to 10 years working in sales and account management positions within the ICT industry with BT in Ireland and Digicel in the Caribbean. On returning to Ireland I established Select People, offering recruitment services to the offshore financial services industry before we set up Social Talent, the world's leading provider of Online Recruitment Training, in November 2010.
